We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Question regarding Alliance War?

I have been trying to open up an Alliance War for my alliance and it keeps giving me a message that says "Temporarily Disabled: This feature has been temporarily disabled. Please try again later".
I don't know if this is the norm, or if it is a problem? I just became a leader of an alliance and am just trying to keep it up. I've been keeping the AQ open, so thats been fine. If it is nothing, then thank goodness.
Either way, any feedback would be appreciated.
