Stamina Refills

I wanted to buy the combat booster pack, but I did not plan on grinding for an arena champ until after the dungeons have passed and the stamina refills would have expired around the same time or a little after dungeons are over. Also, according to the Apple store guidelines I thought anything you purchased with cash should not expire. Shouldn't are stamina refill inventory at least be capped at 30 since the last two offers I'm aware of were sold in packs of 30?
