purchasing play cards and not receiving boosts

hi guys,

located in Australia and purchased 2 x AUD$50.00 Google Play Gift Cards through PC Game Supply on 8th May 2018 as per purchasing requirements (30th April to 13th May) and have not yet recieved my boosts for purchasing.

I'm able to provide proof of transactions to assist.
