Medusa vs Hyperion

Hey everyone. Im looking for some advice on which character to take as a 5* to R4 and would love to hear peoples input!

Currently I have both at 5*R3. Hyperion is awakened but medusa isnt. I have the generic awakening gem from finishing Act 5 so I could always awaken her too.

So who do you think I should take to R4?

Both are great to use and tough on Defense, however Medusa is more reliable at getting kills. Medusa is also a better labrynth option because she doesn't rely on heavy attacks for damage. Medusa has higher prestige. Both champs are awesome.

I don’t have a decent Hype, but my Medusa kicks butt all day. (She does need to at least be awakened to get to her crazy damage thru fury)

What other 5* gem candidates do u have atm?

If Medusa were awakened, I would choose her because she is slightly more versatile. However, I wouldn't recommend using a generic on her, so go with hyperion instead. You could always take medusa up in the future

Curious of how she’s slightly more versatile? Not really to argue but utility-wise they are pretty much equal.
And Hyperion isn’t bad vs stun immune. Plenty of ways around that to get his heavy attacks in. Or you can just incinerate them down.
I was able to solo the infinity war thanos uncollected 1st fight with a 5* r4 hypes. I have my doubts I’d be able to do it with a medusa.
