    Medusa needs her dupe otherwise ms marvel is a better option however I would wait for Medusa to be duped but if u don't want to wait then Ms Marvel

    Medusa doesn't need to be duped to be good, it just makes her a good option for an aw defender with her auto block. Without it she can still hit like a beast and armor shatter her people and absolutely kill robots. Although it does help if you also have karnak and blackpool on your team for the synergies.
