Error in the dungeons

I created and fought in 4 groups in sequence in the dungeons on May 10 and 11 (skill), in all I came and finished room 4 of dungeon 4, but realized that I only got the score of the first room (220 pts). after that, I GOT NO MORE POINT, getting stuck at 6820 pts (sum of fights in the previous dungeons).
I have already filled out the Crash report but I have not received an answer so far.
Can someone from Kabam help me?
