Why only baby dupe for the special Artifact Crystals?

I opened a 5* Chaos Crystal from using Dark Artifacts and duped my Spidey Miles. Why in the hell did that only give me a baby dupe, meaning only 1 sig, instead of the usual dupe of 20 sigs, 6* shards and iso? That’s robbery! WTF Kabam, seriously!
