Recruiting strong Battlegroup

Looking for a strong battlegroup with 9 players and and a bg leader. War focused master is the goal. 100 percent every time. No pilots. No other minimums. AQ maps are dependent on what else is going on in game.

We run alliance with each BG as its own separate entity. The leader makes all decisions about his own bg and has input into other activities as well. Bg leader is responsible for roster changes in his own bg.

    I love this approach, bringing in a group that already plays well together to run their own BG saved our alliance once. We lost another handful of core player at the end of last season due to burnout, and the new group we brought in are not making good on their promised abilities.

    Bossxl, have you had much success recruiting this way. I saw that you have a number of sister alliances, do you run them all this way?
