Red Hulk not converting liquid courage poison into a Heat charge

As the title states.
One of Red Hulks abilities is to convert all poison into heat charges, however in the case of liquid courage this doesn’t happen, it just starts the fight with no poison and no heat charges, I’m not sure how long it’s been like this but I know before the buff he did convert it into a heat charge.
For reference I’m using a unduped 5star, not sure if it’s the same for duped Rulk

I have also observed the same, this shouldn't be happening.
