Should I make buff discussions?

I know a lot of freaquenters of the forum know me as the guy who hates Hyperion… I'm sorry! I'm a dirty heathen and I'm sorry. To make it up I will start making discussions for older and weaker champions and how Kabam could potentially make them useable in ways that are simple and effective at making more champions… "usable"! Should I feel the only way to make a champion good is by making the OP I will add a heavy downside to my ideas (like how Iron Patriot's signature works) to make sure that none of these ideas strays too far from good.

You can do whatever you like. I wouldn't advise making decisions about mcoc in the buff however.
