Requirement to access 5 star dark artifacts crystals

Is there a certain requirement needed to have access to buying 5 star dark artifact crystals?

Yes your prestige has to be high enough and be at a certain level I am pretty sure

I think the cutoff was 4200 prestige but don’t hold me to that
