Losing 50% health per champ in AQ over lost Wi-Fi connection!

Wonder if anyone else faced this or is facing this issue.
I was doing Map 3 in AQ when my Wi-Fi connection dropped out. Kept re-connecting but failed. eventually when it reconnected, not only did I lose over 50% of my champ's health, the opponent gained 100% of its health back. On both these occasions, I was almost done with the fights! First fight was against Ant-man and the other one was against Unstoppable Colossus.
I'm on android system, Samsung S6 Edge.
This stupid error pretty much ended my AQ journey!

It's normal, it stops people quitting the fight when they're getting their ass handed to them.

It sucks that it happens when you lose connection but it's always been that way
