There have been so many issues lately, so can we please get our deserved compensation that has stopped many of us from getting rewards?!

    I can't buy units from the store sick of kabam.they do not help at all

    I would say you are entitled to a prorated portion of your monthly subscription cost.

    nice point, Fluffy.

    It would be nice to have a game that functioned well over 90% of the time, though. Right now, I don't believe that we could boast close to that...lots of bugs and crashes, and it does not see to be on a "getting better" trend.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent server downtimes. We are looking into the issues that are causing these server downtimes and working toward a resolution. Once we know that this has been fixed and will no longer occur, we can look at how this has affected our players and look at compensation.
