I am thinking about taking 5* Captain America IW to r4 but can't find any youtube videos of him.

Does anyone have any game play of him at that level?

    He's really good, don't need a video to verify that. Just OG cap with bleed.

    Is that og CAP with the weakness debuff or capww2 with the bleed? It gets confusing with so many caps 😆
