I don't know if anyone else has this problem but I have been unable to find the summoner advancement rewards for the last two weeks my name is [supercaptan] in the game please tell me if anyone else is having this problem

you could be in an alliance that didn't meet the minimum requirement to obtain the rewards. They get higher as your alliance grows.

Going to point out another case here where Kabam doesn't inform you of brackets and how they work. This is clearly another post that could be alleviated by simple in game instructions or details.
