Why can't I chat!! D:, I literarly can't chat in any chat room not even war! D:

    Could be a bug but it's most likely a temporary or permanent chat ban, how long have you been unable to chat? Does your message disappear when you hit send or does it not send at all and you can still see it.

    If it's over 3 days than its a permanent one, if it comes back before then, then it's a temporary one.

    I would just contact support but you might get the run around for awhile before they give you an answer, don't expect to much of an explanation or evidence of said ban if you have one
