Complain for war season

in Bugs and Known Issues
Our alliance is knoqn as [dnkw] dragon ninjas. Our alliance was in silver 1 bracket. But the matchmaking went down after our last war. We were in silver 1 bracket at that time. But after the matchmaking become active again we are now in bronze 1 bracket. How this happened. Please help us and resolve this issue.
