War crystal disabled?

Okay, so. I got a War crystal about a week ago, and got 5* Luke Cage. Not terrible. I noticed a limit of 1-I assumed that was per week. But looked at it today...still says 0/1. Am I only allowed to get a specific 5* crystal once?
