Some clarity on game issues please

I'm gonna try to be as respectful and constructive as possible.
Everyone knows there are lag, game freezing, extreme loading, certain character issues, no blocking after combo, not being able to land a special during combo issues and me personally have had issues last few days getting parried mid combo or just from attacking a opponent that is already parried/stunned. I keep seeing the same generic "please bear with us..." post from mods but can we please get an update on possible ETA of when we can expect new update and specifically what problems will be addressed and hopefully fixed? Is this new update going to help Android users?
