    Genius was a Misnomer I know, Sorry guys pls forget about what I said about light attack LMAO,I wasn't in the mood to clearly watch that.

    Dear DTMelodicMetal, Intercepting is countering a champion's medium attack. You used your SL's medium attack 1st. Then 2nd, BW used her medium against your medium attack. So it was BW who intercepted SL.
    Am I Right?
    Is it a bug?
    Pls clear me if anything I wrote was wrong

    Not quite right. I did not use Star Lord’s medium attack first, I walked towards Black Widow without attacking. Labyrinth of Legends Black Widow’s enigmatic node makes it impossible to counter attack after she uses special attacks, so limber quickly takes a toll against her. That makes intercepting the only option for avoiding excessive block damage against Labyrinth of Legends Black Widow.

    Also, I used Star Lotd’s light attack. No medium attack had been previously used. You can tell Star Lord used a light attack because he threw a straight punch. Star Lord’s medium attack is a sideways punch, see the video below:

    Both light and medium attacks can intercept the AI’s attacks, the same goes for special attacks and heavy attacks. Intercepting with heavy attacks is something everyone has tried if they’ve fought Labyrinth of Legends Juggernaut. I just ran an arena fight with a 4* Star Lord to show that intercepting with light attacks usually works, see the video below:

    I posted this thread in general discussion because I wanted to hear from other players before starting another bug thread, the bugs section is filled with threads and posts that are not actually bugs. A forum moderator moved this thread to the “correct section”, which by itself designates my OP as having merit.

    Furthermore, I specifically used the word “flawed” in the thread’s title because intercepting is not broken. Many times intercepting works great, but there are also times when players use well-timed intercepts and still get hit by the AI. This was one of those instances.

    I think some people are forgetting that with a dash attack the attack starts when they start dashing, not when their foot starts kicking, and intercepting is supposed to be possible with a light attack. and yes that timing looks spot on for an intercept, and yes it looks like the visuals are out of sync, I’ve noticed in dungeons timings seem to be worse and I’ve been hit several times after evading and the hit seems to connect with me after I’ve evaded halfway back across the screen( of course dexterity pops up as I take the damage as well) overall I wonder if the dungeons is putting more strain on the servers possibly with more interactions between players and different servers from different regions (in from nz and most of the time my dungeon fights are with uk people). intercepting has definitely got harder the last few months, though some of the times it is because the defenders seem to walk towards you and if you mistake that for a charge you try and intercept at which point they start their charge and so effectively intercept you, I didn’t notice the ai do this in the past, but that could just be me. I did a lol run the other night and had terrible lag spikes, several times screen completely frozen for 2-5 seconds at a time

    Maybe it's an issue with Black Widow? It looks like she reels back when she does that kick making your light attack whiff?

    No intercepting is definitely broken. I don’t have any video evidence but I can tell you that I’ve had champs hit me plenty of times when my attack should have landed. Like they dash at me and I dash to intercept and my attack goes through them and then there attack lands and I take a beating.

    This inconsistency is even more difficult to deal with if you're learning how to intercept. What seems like the perfect timing sometimes works, but other times doesn't work and you are left wondering if it's your timing or the game mechanics.

    It becomes even more frustrating when Kabam then designs buffs to include these inconsistent mechanics, like Thanos in Master & Uncollected. "If you want to live, you have to intercept. If you miss (even if it's due to a faulty game mechanic), you will die."

    I have more footage to go over from my final Labyrinth of Legends run. Both intercepting and chaining Star Lord sp1 failed. Intercepting consistently failed against LOL Black Widow but worked very well against LOL 90s Cyclops/Guillotine/other champs. I managed to reach a 500+ hit combo against Guillotine with Ultron that would not have been possible without constant intercepting.

    For anyone trying to claim Black Widow’s dash attack/kick pulls her away from intercepts, go over the screenshots I previously posted that Star Lord’s punch making contact with Black Widow’s Head before she starts to kick. Also, remember that if someone tries to axe kick you while you try to punch them, you have the remaining parts of their body to hit if one of their legs is out of range.
