Quality of Life Suggestions: Catalysts and Awakening Gems

When the game first started, catalysts could be used as ISO. It would give you a warning but it could be done. With many long time players we have an inventory of lower tiered items like T1-T3 Catalysts and 2-3 Star Awakening Gems. It would be nice if the catalysts could once again be used as ISO and the awakening gems be used as a single signature stone. It wouldn't change the game significantly but it would add an additional minimal use to them.
