Dude, this is extremely difficult. I placed my ad up yesterday, but have received zero replies or comments. My alliance is similar to yours. I had ten players leave when SA reset, they “retired” to another alliance without telling me how many were going to leave. They all merged into my alliance some months ago, and I guess they’re sticking together.

Honestly, every alliance needs to grow. This game has developed a caste system. It also seems like every player looking just wants to join an alliance similar to the ones we’re all used to hearing about with well-known players. Anyway, good luck. My search continues too.
