Probably no new information, but how about working on a timeframe for when decisions will be made. I'm sure we will read that you don't want to commit to that but give us something. How long should customers really have to wait for something to be done when it's our paid money or game resources that are being wasted for something that OVERALL isn't working properly? 30days? 90days? 6 months? How long is just too long?
