What level is good for him? I have enough stones to max him but some champs don't need max ex. Archangel only needs 39

    Probably max him. Strengthens his regen. But I know what you mean by deminishing values. Some champs don’t get a big enough bump from day lvl 40 to lvl 99 to be worth it if another champ can benefit more. Idk about blade honestly. But I believe Hypes is like AA and 39 is good for him.

    Archangel needs 48 sigs though, so 3 neurotoxin = 100% ability reduction.

    At higher level uses less amount of power to heal.His doesn't get any stronger.

    Just maxed out my 3star blade to level 99 signature. Is there any way to bring up to a 4 star
