How does Elektra’s defensive ability accuracy reduction work?

I just pulled a 5 star Elektra, and I am not sure how her defensive ability accuracy reduction works. Can you give examples please and explain? Thank you!

    Use her s1 to stack two bleeds then things like evade no longer work while the two debuffs are on.

    @VolumeOne , can you still bypass evade and other abilities with one bleed or armor break?

    Yes, any debuff. Even using Resonate mastery that applies Weakness works very well with her.

    As long as the opponent has any debuff, Elektra will reduce ability accuracy. Elektra heraelf can inflict bleed and armor break, but bleed is pretty much the most common debuff you'll use.
