Alliance Role Diversity

Recently, my alliance has had problems with officers changing positions of champions in war, which led to me coming up with an idea: Increased Role Diversity.
Instead of one “Officer” Role, there can be multiple roles that fall under an “Officer” catagory, which I propose the following roles to be implemented.
•War Leaders - Have control over war functions such as champion placement.
•Alliance Managers - Have control over Kicking and recruiting members, to help prevent abusive officers.
•Recruiters - As mentioned in the name, these people recruit new members into the alliance.
I hope this idea will be implemented soon.
