How good is a hawk eye that has been duped twice?

    He’s effective at what he does. Great bleed and power drain. Just spam L1 and ur good

    Love him. I have my dupd 5* at R4. He doesn't technically need the dupe, but it gives him an extra bleed once per fight.

    Just spam his SP1. Nothing else. It does insane bleed and power drain.
