How good is a hawk eye that has been duped twice?

    Hawkeye is actually a solid champ. His bleed deals a lot of damage and his power drain is reliable.

    Really good, with bleed and power drain. His terrible special damage is the only thing setting him back.

    Well, that and his model. Please new hawkeye reskin.

    If you are a new player, hawk eye is really helpful. His SP1 power burns and also bleeds the enemy. It can save you especially when the enemy has reached closed to 3 bars of power. A duped hawk-eye has a chance to trigger bleed for 60 seconds draining a fixed amount of health once during the fight. Overall he is pretty good.
