Newer Champs in Act 1?!?

I was just going to 100% Act 1 on my second account and I just saw a Green Goblin, Doc Oct, and Starky. This was in 1.1.2. I don’t know if this a bug or if they just put “newer” champs in these original quests.

    No, they just switched the old out with the new. No bug there.
