Can Dr Voodoo really Regen 100% of power at beginning of every fight? Got somebody in alliance who says when he fights and gets below 50% health he dances around and parries till time runs out then regenerates next fight. Sounds fishy to me.

    Just seems crazy that you can be down below 20% health at least 3 times and keep regenerating and end up finishing with full health without using any items

    He starts every fight with a regen (not power gain). If he's duped, the duration of that regen is effectively doubled (longer with higher sig level). The duped regen will generate about 20% of his maximum health.

    The amount he regens can be increased if he is on a regen node though (like the Thanos challenge). If you're fighting against him, your best bet is to either nullify it or inflict heal block. If he is already max health at the start of the fight, play extra defensively to allow the regen to wear off (he gains nothing if he's already max health).

    Yes was health and was guy in my alliance in AQ he just kept going from almost 0 health to full health over and over again.

    He cant go from 0 to full. Probably used pots.

    It's about a 20% regen as has been stated. If he's going from below 30% health to 100% health in a fight without using items in AQ he's cheating.

    My 5* is duped sig 45. Will regen 1920 over 10 seconds. Therefore impossible to regen 100% back to health to max health if he lost more than what the static regen for him is. If my health pool is 12k and i lose 4k in a fight, I can ongly gain 2k back. So every other fight, he cant regen back to 100% on DV's regen alone.

    If he has wilpover and. Ther is a node ther giv him pover luck it Can get him more life but thah Not DR vood but wilpover
