I've seen the crystals to get the 6 star hero, but I'm not sure how to get it... is there any way that I can buy it?

    No, they haven't introduced a purchase option for 6 star crystals. Here are a few was that you can get 6 star crystal shards:

    1. Be uncollected and run the monthly uncollected event quest.
    2. 5 star arenas give shards at a certain milestone / rank.
    3. Duplicate a 5 star champion from opening a 5 star crystal and get shards.
    4. AW seasons rewards.

    That's all I can think of, at the moment.
