About 4* basic arena infinity streak

So I'm new (but not that new) to the game and got 3* featured everytime with infinity win streak but now im moving to 4* basic arena.

I watched YouTube videos about these streaks, read stuff and all but i have a question: according to those methods from matches 20+ i can use 4* 2/20 and maxed out 3*, but with my current mastery, 4*2/20 has pi of 1700, but youtubers showing the example that their 4*2/20 with rating 2200. I mean can that method work for me and can i use those 1700 pi for matches 20+?

    I've never used 4* champs below 3/30 in the 4* Basic arena. I used to run 4/40 3* champs for a while without problem, but they all have PI higher than 2k with masteries.
