Can there be an option which allows thw summoner to select which special attack to use?
If the summoner have full bars of power, can the summoner be made to select either to use special 1 or 2...than default special depending on how full the special attack bar is.
Hence the cpu heroes can use special 1 attack though even the special 2 attack bar is full.
Please let also summoners have that ability to chose the special attack.

Unfortunately this wouldn’t work in this type of game unless they changed the special animations of a lot of champions. Take Scarlet Witch for example. To avoid her sp1 you usually have to pause for a second after she activated the special to fully avoid it (unless you’re quite close to her) but for her sp2 you just evade as soon as the screen goes dark. If you didn’t know which special the opponent was going to use it would be too difficult to evade a lot of champions specials and would just make the game a lot more difficult than it needs to be

Agreed. For example, someone like Thor OG. You can save up to almost sp3. Use sp1, get a combo, use sp1 again, use another combo. By this oint you will have hit the opponent enough to charge up another bar of power, so sp1 again. Maybe another bar of power, maybe another sp1. Same with characters such as Stark Spidey, DD, etc.

Too easily exploitable.

Yes but that, combined with option to choose specials, would be even worse.

The stun is not 100%.
Check heroes like Mordo they protect themselves over a stun. Every champion bears that passive ability which is too much n thats what makes them special. Consider nightcrawler that hero is annoying. Same applys to heroes who auto charge power bars.
