    It happens on all kinds of devices across all kinds of models, versions, iOS systems, with and against all kinds of champions in all kinds of modes.

    It's been a problem on and off for quite awhile now and it kinda seem like its intentional or gross incompetence at this point given the sheer amount of issues this game has and their lack of fixes and how long some of them have been going on for.
