Hyperion not gaining 1 bar of power per cosmic charge [Not A Bug]

Hyperion isn't gaining one bar of power per cosmic charge I have a dupe lvl 64 Hyperion and he gains little less then 1 bar rather then 1 and a half please fix this

Hey @Darkshadow3628. Sorry that you're having some concerns about Hyperion's Power Gain. Hyperion's passive converts Cosmic Charges into Power Gain buffs, not directly to full power bars. I hope this helps!
