Do you mean defensive abilities, with regards to defensive ability accuracy reduction?
Stuff that goes toward this is mainly abilities that activate when you hit the opponent (or try to attack them).
This is stuff like:
- parry, autoblock, evade
- Electro's static shock (damage back on every hit), or Morningstar's bleed on hit
- Magneto/Gwenpool's ability to only take a certain amount of damage from specials
- nodes like safeguard or spiked armour
This isn't everything but hopefully you get the idea
