Not great. I personally think AoU Vision is better. Better self power control. Regularly Vision makes you can seconds or wait till your synthesis happens because you could be trying to sp2 someone for 100% power drain and end up sp3 them for 33%

Meh tier. Watch how much damage he makes when enemies block specials or hits. He is a marshmallow

Demi-God Tier.. Aside from having double immunity (bleed, poison), he can do power control. He can even do heal block. With the right offensive mastery setup he can hit like a truck. I have an offensive mastery setup and I love to use him for AW offense. Weakness maybe is that his signature level needs to be high in order for it to become noticeable.

Definitely god tier.. y’all are crazy. Double immune, heal block, power drain on all specials, special 2 drains full power. He generates power without contact so can literally keep energy from ever gaining power bars. (Minus hype, mordo occasionally get 1 power bar lol) He destroys unblockable special, regen, power gain, bleed/poison, and bane nodes in aw.. great for question and aw in general since you have a power control and immunity champ in one. AOU is great and all but OG is a step above and has better base ratings.
