    all of them? its really just about time and resource management. spend your energy on event quests till you either 100% complete them or cant go any further since the rewards they offer are time sensitive. then use energy on road to the labyrinth till you cant advance any further for the rewards it offers. then do story quests. they aren't going anywhere and take a lot of energy to 100%.

    arena's should pretty much be done at all times when you want to play and don't have max energy.
