Hulk Ragnarok doesn't need his sig ability to be good

I would save for Void. Dude is so good and is a game changer for certain match ups. Luke Cage's ability is a nice to have and Quakes is more for defense. If I had to pick between those 2 champs tho definitely Luke Cage, taking sp3's was never so easy with his indestructible.

Luke has a l3 fail safe when awakened so definitely him
