will the nightmare or genesis crystal will be available on the last week of infinity dungeons?

They were available during the first week when no one could have gotten 27k dark artifacts...
Now when people finally got them those crystals are no longer available

    Short answer: No.

    Longer answer: No, we had them last round, and Kabam said from the start that Weeks 1, 3 and 5 would have Chaos, Nightmare, and Genesis. So last chance to get them were a few hours ago.
