Apparent dungeon point changes

Completed room 5 of dungeon 5 last night. Before decision screen loaded, game crashed on both myself and my dungeon partner and we only got 2000 points. Submitted ticket including screenshot of in game mail message showing we completed the room and all Kabam support kept saying was it’s correct with 2000 points. When I asked how it’s correct when seeing the in game message, they simply closed the case. Worst customer service ever and I understand the tarnished reputation Kabam has
