I was just using Ghost Rider on Civil Warrior I have blade on my team so his synergy makes so Ghost Riders judgement essentially should never miss. I was just fighting a civil warrior on a brute force node on 5.4.4 and my sp3 missed the judgement 2 times in a row? Is this a bug or something I don’t know about civil warrior?

    Civil Warrior has an ability where each of his armour buffs (passive or active) reduce enemy offensive ability accuracy by 15%, so I'm assuming he had some armour buffs and was reducing your ability accuracy.
