"Not talking about a ban in public" just pointing out people like me would like to speak to someone

I understand that this may close the thread but im hoping it may not "as im not talking about a ban in public"........ but if i were and i had a generally enquirey as to what happened or what rule or regulation was broken. How would i have got an answer to what had happened? ........"im not talking about a ban in public" im just pointing out that i would like to speak to someone but i seem to have had the door closed on my face for 720h with no explanation (thats not me talking about a ban in public......thats me just saying i cant talk here and customer services just sends me automated responses that make no sense to my original email????) How do i speak to someone. Any help would be greatly appreciated
