Magneto needs a makeover

When Contest first launched I recall Hulk and Abomination were virtually identical in their moves. And when Doctor Strange first entered the contest he was punching opponents. Gradually the characters’ attacks improved. It’s time to give Magneto some love make him the unstoppable bad a** he is in the comics: 1) bullets shouldn’t be able to touch him. At least make that one of his passive powers like Ms. Marvel’s absorbtion/block. 2) His level 3 attack is a complete dud. Can someone who loves X-Men please redesign the attack so it’s as impressive and as much of a smack down as Hyperion’s, Storm’s, Thor’s or Hulk’s? This is Magneto we’re talking about. He’s one of the comic all stars and yet he’s one of my least favorite to use in a fight.

I've seen a few posts that talk about giving him a "metal sense", a similar concept to Blade's Danger Sense, against champs with the #metal tag. Personally, I think it's a great idea. Metal opponents fighting Magneto would see a big reduction in their ability accuracy and Magneto would get a big boost in attack. I'd say just make his current sig ability a normal passive ability and make the metal sense concept his signature ability, increasing the potency as levels get closer to the max.

The other big crime for Magneto is that he's currently tagged as a #damage over time champ. However, he can only cause bleeds with his specials, his bleeds are not guaranteed, and even when they hit, they are pretty lackluster. With 12.0, they even took away 1 potential bleed proc from his L1, cutting it's effectiveness in half.

I'd say in addition to the metal sense (metal mastery?) others have suggested, tweak his specials:

L1: Change the animation a bit to give it up to 3 chances to proc a bleed. Maybe 50% chance for each of the 3 chances.

L2: His heal block can be useful, but make the bleed guaranteed and make it stronger than it currently is.

L3: In addition to the bleed chance, change the armor break to an armor shatter similar to Medusa's. Severely reduced armor and a complete shutdown of robot abilities.

Just a few of my thoughts on the subject.

Really like the idea of his magnetic powers actually being visible. I think all metal projectiles should be unable to hit him, like bullets or Blade or Killmonger's sp1.
Maybe he can also have an up to 85% chance to cause glancing against metal opponent when he gets hit depending on how much time has passed in the fight, because let's be honest, the real Magneto would not let these people hit him.
