Recently ive noticed that shock damage (the debuff with the lightning symbol) doesnt trigger willpower!!!
Secondly howard the duck's spotlight says that when using his sp3 he gains a buff based on opponents class
Cosmic – Fury Buff + Critical Hits ignore Armor
Tech – Armor Up + Chance to Heal Block on Critical Hits
Mutant – Regeneration + Chance to Armor Break on Critical Hits
Skill – Precision Buff + Chance to Bleed on Critical Hits
Science – Evasion buff + Chance to Poison on Critical Hits
Mystic – Power Gain + Chance to Nullify on Critical Hits
I also noticed he doesnt proc. Regeneration at all when fighting mutant champions

As for Howard, that issue with the regen against Mutants has a fix in for 14.0, so it should be resolved shortly. Thanks!
