This is regarding the second thanos. If I'm not wrong the special 2 stone has an ability which reduces your health by 50% after which you regain it back. Since the damage over time is passive as indicated by the icon, can this activate Ghulk's Face Me ability? Has anyone tried and tested it?

Idk just don’t get hit and you get it all back (it’s actually 80% if current health). I didn’t really have a problem with that stage, I think Hawkeye or Thor got thru that stage fairly easily.
