Why do the 5* infinity crystals rotate?

There is a purchase limit of 1. What is the point of them rotating ? By the time you reach the 27k dust the crystal you want might not be available because they end this week. Please make them all available to purchase and keep the 1 crystal each limit or left the limit. Doesn’t make sense to have a limit but then make each 3 types rotate!
