Nearly all the premium crystals I opened are 2 stars heroes that bother me and bring me to not buy crystals from store again

    Nobody buys premiums haha check the drop rates. I've opened 10's of thousands of premiums and have got maybe 15 4*s ever. Probably 50-100 3*s. The rest are 2*s.

    you are correct, this is why there is a drop rate section for you to decide if it's worth it or not.
    I think you are a new player and want a head start, I would suggest you to spend your units on Masteries (parry and dexterity) and save the units for arena refreshes, you can grind every new champ if you are in beginner bracket (1 month old account) and intermediate bracket (2 months old account).
    and you will gain a lot of PHCs you can try your luck with it
