What should I R4?

Just beat maestro a few days ago and have a ton of tier 4 basic cats, but I don’t know what to R4. Current 4 stars are a tier 4 stark spidey, and then a tier 3 storm, tier 3 dr strange, tier 3 Nightcrawler, along with a tier 1 daredevil Netflix, Black Panther CW, she hulk, hulk buster, and mordo. All unduped.

    sparky is good, both strange and storm are much better when duped, when they are, they become decent. dd and bpcw are pretty weak, sh and hb are trash. mordo - eventually you'll use him for defence only. if your cats are not in fire, better wait for some godtier champ. or take ds, he has some regen, can save your units on heals and revives

    At this moment u should rank up starky, first choice, mby NC, hes good for aw deff unduped, duped hes better for attack
