Bug - Summoner Appreciation Crystal timer

There appears to be an issue with Summoner Appreciation Crystal timer. The timer for my crystal has frequently frozen. Most of the time, closing the game and reopening it, fixes it. However, today it did not do that. I opened my crystal at 5:30 this morning and as of right now which is 6 p.m. it says I still have an hour and 55 minutes to go. Obviously when the timer stopped it really was stopped and not just a visual issue. How do I get my crystal that I was supposed to have gotten?
